1 teaspoon cut up crystallized ginger
1/4 cup crushed pineapple
1/3 cup orange sections
1/3 cup canned peaches
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
Mix ginger, pineapple, orange sections, and peaches in blender until smooth. Combine sugar and lemon juice and add to ginger mixture, stirring until well mixed. At serving time put 2 tablespoons in a 10-ounce glass, fill with chilled ginger ale, and present with straws.
