Glazed Tenderloin

Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
2-1/2 pounds beef tenderloin, trimmed1 tablespoon spicy Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried ground thyme
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
Place the tenderloin in a baking dish. In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Rub all over the tenderloin. Bake for 45 minutes for medium-rare or for desired doneness. Slice the tenderloin and serve.Additional Notes:
