Gluten Free Banana Nut Muffins

Ingredients:
1 very ripe banana1/2 cup salted butter, melted
1/4 cup honey
2 large eggs
1 cup pecan flour (finely ground pecans)
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions:
Heat oven to 325 degrees. In a medium bowl, mash banana. Add melted butter, honey, eggs, flour, and baking soda. Stir until well blended. Distribute batter evenly into 6 large muffin wells. Bake for 35 minutes until muffins are cooked through and golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool before serving.Browse Similar Recipes
