Gorgonzola Potato Gratin

Yield: 6 to 8 servings
For this recipe you will have to look up gorgonzola sauce & roasted garlicIngredients:
6 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed washed & drained well1 recipe (2 cups) gorgonzola sauce
1 to 2 tablespoons roasted garlic, puree
1 large white onion, sliced (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice the potatoes into rounds, about 1/4-inch thick. In an oven proof casserole dish (sprayed with vegetable spray), place one layer of the potatoes, overlapping slightly. Spread half of the pureed garlic over the potatoes. Ladle 1 cup of the gorgonzola sauce over the potatoes.Repeat layers, ending with the sauce
In the middle of the oven bake until potatoes are tender, about 40 to 45 minutes.. Serve warm.
