Greek Spinach Melt

Yield: 10-12 servings
Ingredients:
1 cup crumbled feta cheese2 packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
1/2 onion, chopped fine
1 clove garlic (use 2 pieces chopped fine)
4 Roma tomatoes
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 loaf French bread
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients (excluding bread).
