Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions:

1 week ahead: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Use with grilled fish and vegetables, or store in an airtight container.
