Yield: About 4 servings
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 16-ounce can creamed corn
- 1 8-ounce package low-fat cream cheese
- 8 ounces noodles, preferable kluski or homemade
Instructions:Crumble and brown ground beef and onion until meat loses its pink color and onion is tender. Drain well.
Stir in soup, corn and cheese, cubed; heat until cheese is melted.
Stir in cooked noodles, and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes or until bubbly. If everyone is really hungry this can be served without doing time in the oven.
