Healthy Granola Bars

Yield: 1 dozen small bars
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups raw honey3/4 cup coconut oil
3/4 cup peanut butter
6 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup flax seed, ground
1-1/2 cups raw sunflower seeds
3/4 cup raw sesame seeds
Instructions:
In bowl, blend rolled oats, flax seed, raw seeds. Mix wet ingredients. Add wet to dry and blend well. Press into greased 9x13 pan, refrigerate then cut into bars.This recipe was submitted by one of our readers and has not been tested by our food editors.
