- 1 banana
- 1/2 c frozen fruit (such as blackberries, blueberries, cherries or plums)
- 1/4 to 1/2 c yogurt
- 1/2 small apple
- 1 carrot
- flax seed
- Sigrun's idea:
Instructions:I do it in the blender in this order; it mixes better that way.
Add cranberry juice until fruit is covered, then blend. I then put about 2 T of ground flax seed in each cup and stir in the smoothie.
