Yield: 4 cups
Ingredients:
4 cups unsalted peanuts1/4 cup peanut oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions:
Place peanuts in food processor And pulse a few times. With motor running, add oil and process to desired consistency. Add salt and sugar and pulse to combine. (For "chunky" leave half the peanuts out. Process one half until smooth, then add remaining peanuts and pulse to desired consistency).Browse Similar Recipes
