Horseradish Dressing

Yield: About 1 cup
Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, crushed1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon prepared hot mustard or powdered mustard
4 tablespoons gratedhorseradish
1/2 cup olive oil
4 tablespoons wine vinegar
2/3 cup cottage cheese
Instructions:
Whirl all ingredients in blender. Thin as desired with a little water, and add salt to taste. This makes a hearty dressing over cabbage salad or poured over hot or cold cooked vegetables.Browse Similar Recipes
