Horseradish Dressing

Yield: About 1 cup

Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon prepared hot mustard or powdered mustard
  • 4 tablespoons gratedhorseradish
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • 2/3 cup cottage cheese

Instructions:

Whirl all ingredients in blender. Thin as desired with a little water, and add salt to taste. This makes a hearty dressing over cabbage salad or poured over hot or cold cooked vegetables.
