Yield: Makes 4 to 5 cups (30 or 40 servings).
This dip is sure to be the hit of any party; the only problem is it disappears too fast.Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise16 ounces cream cheese, softened
Dash of garlic powder
12 ounces lobster or crabmeat, cut into small chunks
Slivered almonds, for garnish
Instructions:
Whip mayonnaise together with cream cheese. Add garlic powder and mix well. Rinse lobster meat and pat dry. Fold lobster into mayonnaise mixture and spread thinly in a buttered 7x10-inch Pyrex, or similar, pan. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
