Yield: Makes 4 to 5 cups (30 or 40 servings).
This hot lobster dip is sure to be the hit of any party; the only problem is it disappears too fast.
Whip mayonnaise together with cream cheese. Add garlic powder and mix well. Rinse lobster meat and pat dry. Fold lobster into mayonnaise mixture and spread thinly in a buttered 7x10-inch Pyrex, or similar, pan. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. Serve with crackers or small toast squares.
