A wonderfully flavorful recipe -- great for a barbecue!Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon cracked pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1-1/2 pounds beefsteak (sirloin, London broil, etc.)
