Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes1/2 cup Italian Dressing
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
Instructions:
Clean and scrub potatoes. Slice potatoes, but not all the way through. Spread open to make a fanDrizzle each potato with dressing and cheese.
Bake 425 degrees for 1 hour or until soft.
