Italian Potato Fans
Yield: 6 servings
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1/2 cup Italian Dressing
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
Instructions:Clean and scrub potatoes. Slice potatoes, but not all the way through. Spread open to make a fan
Drizzle each potato with dressing and cheese.
Bake 425 degrees for 1 hour or until soft.
