1 1/2 pounds ground beef2 small cans tomato paste
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 cup dry wine
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon basil
2-pound can tomatoes
lasagna noodles
1 package mozzarella
1 large container cottage cheese (about 3 cups)
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
2 eggs, beated
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
