- 3 cardamon pods lightly crushed (or ground - but careful with portioning...)
- 2 1/2 cups yogurt
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg (fresh is best)
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions:remove seeds from pod - add to blender with all else - blend until smooth
can be thinned with more water - serve over ice.
