Lemon Herb Sauce for Fish

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sweet butter
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 teaspoon each, finely chopped chives, basil, and dill
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley

Instructions:

Cream together and spread on fish.
