Yield: About 2-1/2 cups
Good on puddings or an unfrosted cake.Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1 egg, separated
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
Cream the butter, add the sugar gradually and beat until blended. Add the egg yolk, beat well, add the maple syrup and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Whip the egg white until stiff. Whip the cream until stiff. Fold them into the butter mixture.Browse Similar Recipes
