Yield: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
2-1/2 pounds 90% lean ground beef1 box herb flavored stuffing mix*(6-oz)
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 jar mushroom flavored gravy (12-oz)
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.Mix stuffing, 1/4 cup gravy, water, eggs, pepper and onion in a large bowl. Add meat and combine. Line a baking pan with tin foil lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Shape meat into four ovals and place in pan, top each with remaining gravy.
Bake about 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Slice and use a spatula to transfer to serving dish.
*any flavor stuffing can be substituted, if using an onion flavored one you may omit the 1/4 cup onion.
