My husband always had to take a lunch to work, so I always tried to find or make something different instead of plain old sandwiches.Ingredients:
1/2 pound ground beef1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 pound frankfurters, sliced
1 can manwich sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
6 hot dog buns, toasted
Instructions:
In skillet brown beef and celery until the celery is transparent; drain fat. Add franks, manwich sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes.
