New England Corn-and-Turkey Pie

Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
3 cups chopped cooked turkey3 eggs, well beaten
3 cups milk
2 tablespoons flour
1-1/2 cups corn kernels
1/2 cup minced onion
1/4 cup minced green bell pepper
1/4 cup sauteed mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
pinch of pepper
Instructions:
Place turkey into the bottom of a greased quiche pan. Beat together eggs, milk, and flour. Add remaining ingredients to egg mixture and pour over the turkey. Bake at 325 degrees F for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.Browse Similar Recipes
