Yield: Makes 10 to 12 servings.

Ingredients:

1 6-ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate, reconstituted
1 6-ounce can frozen raspberry concentrate, reconstituted
4 cinnamon sticks
1/8 teaspoon cloves
4 cardamom pods
1/4 cup raisins (optional)
3 tablespoons sugar
1 orange, sliced
1 lemon, sliced

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients except for the fruit slices, and heat to steaming. When ready to serve, float citrus slices on top.

    Delicious, but improves with low-heat simmering and dry mead!

    Just like my Danish mother would make — except without the alcohol. Yummy!
