Tried this and have it every morning. I am a diabetic and it is helping my sugar count to stablize for the first time in ten years. Delicious healthy and wholesome. Kids love it too. Great recipe away from the same old blah plain oatmeal.
Can add chopped nuts also.
Pumpkin Spice, nutmeg are all good spices to dust on top. Substitute: ginger with applesauce & nuts. Dollop of whipped topping on top. Add 1 tbsp orange juice with applesauce nuts, raisins, & cinnamon. Add blueberries & French Vanilla half & half
