  • 1 frying chicken (about 3-1/2 pounds), cut up
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted


Wash the chicken and pat it dry. Combine salt, pepper, and paprika. Rub into the chicken until thoroughly coated. Melt butter in a large frying pan with a cover. Saut
