Yield: 4 - 6 servings
- 1 cup whipping cream*
- 1 cup orange juice
- 20 large marshmallows
Instructions:Whip cream to stiff peaks. Set aside. In a saucepan, melt marshmallows in orange juice over very low heat. Cool. Fold in whipped cream. Chill overnight for pudding consistency, or freeze for mousse-like consistency.
*(If you like your desserts on the sweet side, use Cool Whip, which is pre-sweetened.)
