Ingredients:
8 cups peeled, sliced peaches (about 6 large)1 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
Instructions:
Place peaches in a 2-quart ovenproof casserole about 3 inches deep. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt; cut in butter, using two knives or a pastry blender, as for a piecrust. Sprinkle mixture over peaches. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees F, until peaches are cooked through and topping is deep down.Browse Similar Recipes
