Outstanding -- and so easy to make. Dipped in chocolate, they taste like chocolate-coated peanut butter fudge.

  • 1/3 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 box (1 pound) confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder

Butter an 8-inch square pan. In the top of a double boiler over boiling water combine butter and peanut butter. Stir until butter melts. Add corn syrup, water, and vanilla. Mix well.
