Yield: 6 servings
- 5 slices bacon
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 medium avocado, chopped
- 1 medium tomato peeled and chopped
Instructions:In large pan fry bacon medium heat til crisp, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain well on paper towels, then finely chop or crumble.
In medium bowl, combine sour cream, seasoned salt and chili powder. Fold in bacon, avocado and tomato.
