Yield: 3-4 dozen cookies
I love this quick and easy recipe, they are so good! I received this recipe from my sister.Ingredients:
1 package (18.5 ounces) devil's food cake mix1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 cups (12-ounces) white chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheetsIn large bowl combine the cake mix, oil and eggs. Beat slowly until well blended, spoon down sides of bowl often, batter will be very thick.
Stir in the white chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoons 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until cookies are firm.
