Yield: Makes 2-1/2 quarts.

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups popped corn
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. In a bowl combine popped corn, wheat germ, coconut, rolled oats, and sesame seeds. Heat peanut butter, water, oil, molasses, and honey in a saucepan. Pour the heated ingredients over the popcorn mixture and stir well. Spread on a greased baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, stirring often.
