Yield: Serves 6
Chives or dill perks up this chowder.Ingredients:
1/4 pound salt pork, diced1 onion, peeled and chopped
2 to 3 potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 cup corn
1 quart scalded milk
1 tablespoon chopped chives or dill
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons butter
6 soda crackers
Instructions:
