Ingredients:6 large potatoes, peeled & cubed
1 medium onion, diced
2-3 stalks of diced celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 package Mexican shredded cheese
1 chunk Velvetta cheese
1 packages smoked sausage, cubed
2-3 cups milk, depending on how soupy you like it
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:Cook potatoes, celery, and onions together in enough water to cover until tender. Drain off some of the water, leaving 1-2 cups of the potato water. Add cream of chicken soup, Mexican & Velvetta cheese, sausage and milk. Mix together and heat through. Enjoy!!
