Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup grated, drained seedless cucumber
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Pinch kosher or sea salt

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together and serve beside your main dish.
