Really Quick Chili
Yield: Serves 2-4
A good dish for a cold day. Takes very little time. Serve with grated sharp cheddar cheese and crackers.

- 1 pound ground meat beef, or ground turkey
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Frank' Red Hot Chili sauce (may use less, we like ours rather hot)
- 1 large can pinto beans
Instructions:Brown meat, drain if necessary.
Add remaining ingredients, cook over medium low heat for 30 minutes.
