One Response to Roasted Garlic

This is much like we used to make when I was a kid. We would use the huge elephant garlic, and pack a loaf pan full of them standing upright, then drizzle the olive oil as well as Italian herbs onto them. Then cover the pan in the foil and bake as indicated. When they are done, each person can have at least one clove to squeeze onto their bread for the best possible garlic bread in all the world – especially if topped with a little parmesan! YUM!
