Yield: Makes about 1-1/2 cups.

Excellent flavor. Suitable for fresh fruits as well as tossed green salads. --Spruce Point Inn, Boothbay Harbor, Maine

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Mazola cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon celery seed

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients and beat thoroughly.
