Yield: Makes 8 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 pounds shrimp
  • 1 pound crabmeat
  • 1-1/2 pounds scallops
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
  • 16 ounces mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

Butter a deep casserole dish and layer in the shrimp, then add crabmeat and scallops. Add salt, pepper, garlic, and parsley, then drizzle melted butter over all. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top, and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
