- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 pkgs of Knox Gelatine
- 1 8oz pkg of cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups of Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped fine green onions
- 1 cup celery chopped fine
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 cups shredded shrimp 10-12 oz
Instructions:Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise till smooth.
Heat soup to lukewarm add disolved gelatine (which as been disolved in small amount of water)
Add shrimp, celery, onions, mix and pour into mold or other container you wish to use.
Chill till set.
Turn mold upside down and place on favorite plate surrounded by any cracker of your choice. I use Triscuts, Potato Thins or Wheat Thins
Your dish will be the first to be empty.
