Sour Cream Chicken

An easy way to cook moist, perfect chicken.

Ingredients:

  • broilers or fryers, cut in quarters
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sour cream

Instructions:

Put chicken in baking pan skin side up. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with sour cream. Bake at 350 degrees F for one hour.
