This is a family recipe that my mom always cooked for me. My kids love it!

- 1-2 lbs spaghetti
- 1lb hamburger
- 1 15 oz can of tomato sauce
- 1 12 oz can of tomato paste
- 1 small can chopped green chilies
- 1/4 c sugar
- sliced mozzerella cheese
- 1 jar of pimentos
Instructions:Brown and drain hamburger. Add tomato paste, green chilies, tomato sauce, can of water, and sugar for taste. Cook until it simmers for about 10-15 minutes. Cook spaghetti.
In a 9 x 13 pan layer spaghetti, cheese, sauce and then pimentos. You should be able to make 2 of these layers. Sprinkle parmesean cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
