Spicy Corn Casserole
Yield: 6 to 8 servings
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernal corn
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 package Mexican corn bread mix
Instructions:Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and then pour into an 8x8-inch glass baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown and firm.
