Spicy Salsa Mac & Beef
Yield: 4 servings
- 1 1/2 lb ground turkey
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 2 cup uncooked pasta
- 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup chunky salsa
Instructions:1. Brown turkey over med high heat, stiring to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
2. Add broth and water, heat until boiling. Add pasta. Cook over low heat for 10 minute stiring often.
3. Add soup and salsa. Mix well and heat through.
