- 1 to 2 pounds hake fillets
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 package (1 pound) fresh spinach
- 2 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 pound grated cheddar cheese
