Spinach Mold

Yield: Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 2 packages frozen spinach soufflé

Instructions:

Defrost the packages of soufflé until soft enough to spoon. Butter a 1-quart mold and spoon in the spinach. Bake in a 375 degree F oven for about 1 hour, let stand in a warm place for 10-15 minutes, loosen around the edges with a knife, and unmold on a hot serving dish.
