Strawberry Shortcut

Yield: Serves 1

This drink was named and devised by the inn. --Greenville Inn, Greenville, Maine

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 ounces dark rum
  • 1-1/2 ounces dry vermouth
  • Squeeze of lime
  • Grenadine for color
  • 4 soft strawberries
  • Crushed ice

Instructions:

Place ingredients in blender for 5 seconds and serve in 4-ounce champagne glass or brandy snifter.
