Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with baking parchment.
Mix the ingredients together until they are well combined. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the cookie sheet depending on the size of cookie you are looking for. To make the sizes more uniform, I use an ice cream scoop to measure each cookie and then use a fork to flatten them.
Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
