Swedish Rye Bread

A marvelous bread -- slightly sweet with a fragrant hint of orange. Makes excellent sandwiches.

- 2 cups coarse rye flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2/3 cup molasses
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- Rind of 1 orange, finely grated
- Juice of orange and enough boiling water to make 2 cups
- 1 package dry yeast (about 1 tablespoon)
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 5 cups all-purpose flour
