Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large resealable bag, combine onion powder, garlic powder, chile powder, seasoned salt and brown sugar.
Add fillets to the bag. Shake to evenly coat. Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place fillets on foil. Bake for 11-14 minutes or until fish easily flakes.
