In large skillet brown ground beef, stir til cooked through; drain fat. Add taco seasoning, beer, and water; blend well. Bring to boil. reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Add kidney beans, tomato, green onions and cilantro. Blend well and simmer 5 minutes. Serve in tortillas, taco shells or pita bread. You can also garnish with shredded cheddar or jack cheese, guacamole, salsa and sour cream.
