Brown ground meat in a skillet. Drain off any excess grease.
Add 1 can of cream of chicken soup. Stir well.
Spread meat/soup mixture in the bottom of a casserole pan. Sprinkle cheese over meat. Place one layer of Tater Tots on top of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until Tater Tots are browned.
Let cool for 10 minutes and serve.
